Couture For A Cause - Couture

november 2016

This is my Couture look for the Couture For A Cause 2016 fashion show. My designs are inspired by Dress for Success, a nonprofit that serves underemployed and unemployed women in the Triangle area by providing tools of professional development to help thrive in the workplace and in life.

I chose this nonprofit because I support their efforts in ensuring the success of women and providing a support network for women who are in need. In my couture look, you can see the nonprofit’s mission come through in the non-traditional spin on a business suit and confident use of color and stylelines.
